Does anyone have the problem of their Blaze counting an excessive amount of floors? I can say I've climbled 1 - 2 floors today and it has me at 30. This has only been an issue for about 2 weeks now. Anyone else experiencing this?

This also started for me a couple of weeks ago. My blaze counted 167 floors during a golf game when i was using an electric golf cart.

Hey there @Leonardc. Good to see you in the Community! I'm sorry you're having problems with the floors on your Blaze.

Have you t ried by any chance to restart it? You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, see if this helps.

You might also want to take a look at this post for other things to consider when it comes to floors counting on your tracker.

Anything else you may need, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

For the last 3 days, my Blaze has given me 10 floors for every one I climb. Why? how can I fix it?  And now it will not track my walks and Hikes. Can anyone help me? Please.

Just an update, normally I would have about 35-45 floors (work in an office building AND went on a 4 mile run), it's showing 239 floors, it's only 2pm.  Yikes!

Blaze is now consistently giving me 100+ flights of stairs everyday when my actual is 10 or less most days. This stated 5 days ago. I reboooted it and did not help.

I fly every week which means barometric pressure changes. As well as lots of elevators in hotels. Also my home town has had storms this past week.

I could care less about fixing what it already logged, I just want it to work right again.

Can anyone help? This is a major malfunction!
