My Blaze is about a year and a half old and won't hold charge for an entire day any longer. Is this the normal life for them?

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
If your Blaze is not holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, I would like to know if you followed our friend's @WendyB recommend and contacted our support team, have you received a solution for this?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
