Got the update. Synced. Charged my blaze. Battery died after wearing for 6 hours. Now doesn’t even hold battery life for 4 hours. All three buttons don’t work anymore. Not a happy Fitbit-ter.

Hi @Fogzfg, it's nice to see a new face around.

Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. I'm here to help you. First, let me share that there are some factors that may affect the battery. Just to confirm, is your device charged by plugging your charging cable into a USB port on your computer, a low-energy device or a UL-certified USB wall charger? Also, have you checked our help article for tips to improve the battery life?

About the buttons not responding, do you feel them stuck on your device when trying to press them? If so, please try to clean the area around the buttons with a toothbrush and then perform a restart.

Let me know how it goes.

I have charged the battery using a usb wall unit and via the computer. Neither makes a difference. As for the buttons. I cleaned around them as you suggested and with a moist cleaning wipe. The buttons still don’t respond to when pushed and held.
