My blaze will not hold a charge more than a few hours. I've cleaned both the Fitbit and the charging pad, reset it, used different charging blocks and still having the same issue. Please help

Have you tried a different USB port?
See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
