Blaze screen blank

All of a sudden my Fitbit Blaze went blank. It looks like the back light is on, like a faint glow in the background but nothing else. Like there is power, but no icons or charging symbol. I have tried to restart and it goes on and off, with the back light, but nothing else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there @fitrunner44, welcome and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

Please confirm you did the following steps to restart your Blaze:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

You can also take a look at this post, to see if your tracker illuminates at the moment of placing it into the cradle.
