I tried doing the set up because the LG G6 has a BLE 4.2 Bluetooth, but it didn't work. Please fix this as this issue is old already and you will lose customers if they can't connect their device. (I can get regular data to the app and can even control the music but the call/text notifications DO NOT work!) However, the call/text notifications worked with the LG G4.

It's great to see you around @AT_balla95. My recommendations is always checking our list of compatible mobile devices to see if your phone is compatible. If it isn't, you can always take a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there, but I don't guarantee it will work 100% if your device is not in the list.

Gift cards to a Sportreatailer for Christmas. Was going to buy fitbit blaze..... why in the world you call it android compatible when not supporting Huawei P10?

 

See iPhone X also not on the list.
