Blaze not receiving notifications from iphone X

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, turned off and had my bluetooth forget device and readded it... I can sync activities and steps, and control my music, but it will not receive phone call or text notifications. HELP!

Have you turned the notifications on in your iPhone settings?

Settings> notifications> fitbit

Also hold down the top button on the right hand side of the blaze and make sure notifications is turned on.

I have done that. I recently noticed that I can receive text and call
notifications if my iPhone X is unlocked, but can not receive them if it is
locked.

is “show on lock screen” turned on?

I’m having the same problem - all the syncing works, but no notifications are coming to my phone. I’ve played with the notification settings and can’t figure it out.

I think I figured it out. My phone was on do not disturb. I’ve turned it off and it’s working now!

Here is a thread with a similar issue. I had pasted a lot if tips/suggestions previously posted in the community. Maybe something there will help?
