Blaze not receiving notifications

I have the Samsung S8 and I was receiving notifications after the Blaze update in July.  I damaged my S8 on Sunday and just received my replacement S8 yesterday.  My Blaze won't pair through Bluetooth with my new S8.

I too have not received notifications on my Blaze paired to a Galaxy S8+ since July...

I have done all this https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/My-tracker-isn-t-receiving-notifications-Android-Fitbit-...

DID NOT FIX IT.

This thread suggests adding the Blaze as a trusted device... This I refuse to do as all I have to do is be within a 100 feet of my phone and it's unlocked... This is ridiculous. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Blaze/No-notifications-on-Blaze-with-S8/td-p/2089577

This thread confirms the Blaze is completely borked on the S8/S8+ devices... guess it's time to throw Fitbit in the trash and get a watch tracker that actually does what the company says it does.. What makes it the worst is Fitbit refuses to update their compatible devices list. https://www.fitbit.com/devices

People seem to love the customer service but when they list a compatible device and it's not it's dishonest at best and fraud at worst.

A warm welcome to the Community @Kairi1982 and @JhawkBeerMaker thanks for stopping by.

As you know our team have just added Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ to our list of compatible mobile devices and currently there are some issues to resolved yet. Your patience will be much appreciated while they find a fix for it. In the meantime, you can take a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

As already mentioned tried all the " My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App)" stuff... Still doesn't work.

My core frustrations lay in the fact that Fitbit continues to not officially acknowledge there's an issue, case in point the S8/S8+ is still listed as FULLY compatible.

To the OP: Follow this thread. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Blaze/Battery-drain-Samsung-Galaxy-S8-S8/td-p/2090332

Can't wait to get my Samsung Gear S3 so I can get what I pay for (and the company actually advertises)

I already done everything mentioned in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications link and it's still not pairing.  This is a fitbit issue not a user issue.  The S8 has been out for over 5 months this issue should've been resolved by now.  Either fix this soon or start giving blaze owners very large discounts on the ionic tracker.
