Hi, my husband has just got the Fitbit Blaze everything is setup but the text messages aren't giving the notification on his watch bit everything else is. We have double checked everything and it's all set up.
Can anyone help?

If your trackers are not receiving notifications, I recommend checking if your phones are compatible mobile devices. If they are please click the following links depending on your phones and follow the instructions:

This morning it was just working without changing anything so I think may have just been network down yestarday.

Please if your asking about a problem in the firbit app or the phone, please include info on the type of phone.
Sometimes a restart of the phone is needed, or simply turning notifacations on, in the Blaze itself.

My Fitbit Blaze is having issues, all of a sudden It's not getting text notifications anymore. It's worked fine for the better part of a year now. I'm still getting FB messenger notifications. I haven't changed any of the settings lately, I actually liked the way it was set up. I can't seem to figure out why, Any suggestions?

Hello @Repored since you're Blaze is receiving other types of notifications the problem is the phone is not sending the text notifications. I'd toy would like help we will need to know what type of phone that is giving you problems.
