Blaze not responding

My Blaze turned off and will not turn back on it is fully charged. Any ideas I am list with out it. Help me please.

Have you tried a reset?

1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Is your tracker working now? At the moment of placing it into the cradle is it illuminating?
