Blaze not staying charged

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had to charge my Blaze repeatedly over the last few days.  I get a full charge and within a few hours the battery is back to medium or low.  I have reset the device, turned it off and on with no change.  Any ideas?

Do you happen to have an S8 or S8+ ?

The reason I ask is that there is a known issue with the Blaze battery when using that phone. There's more detail in this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Blaze/Battery-drain-Samsung-Galaxy-S8-S8/m-p/1963139#M65290

Thanks Alejandra,

I followed your instructions, however my Blaze is quickly dying.  The battery will charge, but will not hold the charge longer than a couple of hours.  This is very disappointing as this is the second Fitbit that this has happened to for me. I am considering other options for tracking my workouts and daily activity.

Thanks again for  your help,

Henry
