Hi,
My Blaze is not automatically syncing with my Andriod App. The App is set to "all day sync." I have toggled that off and then back on. I have restarted my phone. I have restarted my Blaze. It still will not automatically sync to the app - I have to open the App and sync to get it to update.
I have used many trackers - the surge, Charge, and Charge HR -- and did not encounter this issue with any of these. I still use the Surge and it continues to automatically sync despite the Blaze's failure to do the same.
Please help!! This is driving me crazy. Thanks!

My Blaze would sync with the Samsung S4 for a short while then all of a sudden would not sync.
Can't get it to sync now for almost a week. Anyone have any solutions...trying reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, restarting the tracker, all to no avail, help I am very disappointed.

When I tried this with a Samsung S4, the phone would not pair the tracker to the bluetooth. I had to go to a PC to make it work again

Return it and get another one, that's what I did, my blaze wasn't syncing from day one and I would manually sync and it just stop pairing so I took it back after 4 months

My Blaze would not sync and I think it was associated with an Andriod software update to my Galaxy S6. I rebooted my phone and now the sync works.

Had the same problem as all you folks have. Nothing worked to sync it, so started from the begining. Went back to the computer its connected to, and the Dongle was not plugged in. So plugged it then BAM!!! **ahem** thing sync'd. also, maybe when this stupid thing happens and it wont sync, try being close to the internet your connected with. So maybe this will help some of you! Good Luck!

Thanks for replies.
I determined my problem to be in the actual Fitbit app under settings, location was not turned on, this solved my issue

I've heard you can get a frequency clash between wifi and Bluetooth; since switching off wifi; and using data instead I've been ok

@Jojo0070 on Android phones tye WiFi and Bluetooth use tye same antenna.
@Broundtree im not sure why one would need to remove a battery, simply turning the phone off for 10-15 seconds should be more than enough.
As for sync problems look here.
Also sometimes a complete shutdown, not just a restart is needed on either the phone or tracker,
Another thing to try is going to your phones Bluetooth settings and tell it to forget the tracker.
Also try both cell and wifi network is availible

I am having this same issue. Kindly let me know how did u solve it, as I have purchsed the blaze recently. Either its telling "couldn't reach fitbit.com to sync" or "Your sync has been scheduled and will start soon". Very irritating, need guidance.
