I bought this yesterday and it won't sync with my phone which is Vodafone smartfone ultra 6.
has anybody else had this problem?

Hi, @happydays123, the Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 is not on the list of Fitbit supported devices. That does not mean for sure that your Blaze won't work with your phone, but it may not. You can try these sync troubleshooting tips. If none of these get your phone working with your Blaze you may need to sync it using your computer or laptop instead.
