My blaze won't sync and lost all of the last week stats.
Also how can I change my email address on it

To change your notification email address log into fitbit.com on a pc and go to
https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
highlight the address in the email box and type the new one over it.
(Remember to hit the turquoise submit bottom at the bottom)

To set up a brand spanking new account with no history at a new email address, forget your tracker on your mobile settings>bluetooth, delete the app and go to fitbit.com/setup on your mobiles internet browser, download and install the App with the "new user" dialog using the new email address. If it says the login has already been used then you already have some history using that email so do your best to remember the old password.
