Blaze not syncing

I have tried to restart my Fitbit as it is not syncing any data to my phone and is not accurately counting steps. I have tried to restart by using top and bottom button as followed by instructions off here and has worked before but now will not work it's just showing me notifications/music and all caught up!

Oops @Sophmiz, hold in both the left and lower right buttons. If that doesnt work do a phone restart.

Now im not sure what your refferring to in that diesnt work. Didn't doing a tracker restart, restart your tracker? You where asking how to restart the tracker.

If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your information should be updated. Also, regarding the inaccuracy in your steps, please walk 100 steps and let me know how many the tracker registered.
