Blaze not tracking sleep

I've not had my blaze very long, only a few days and I have to say I prefer my surge!! The heart beat isn't always great especially when exercising but the most annoying thing is it hasn't tracked my sleep since I got it!! I've pressed the two buttons to reset...but still no joy. Anyone else have a problem with it? Seriously not impressed

My Blaze isn’t tracking my sleepmstahes either. Yet my wife’s charge 2 does.

When did you buy it, and is the hr moniter on? Try checking that if that does not work tell me than ill help you more.

I was so looking forward to using my new blaze and I find the other more 'Primitive' models are better I've had surge and flex and both have been great. So you've had no joy in resetting? Or advice from Fitbit?

Bought it Friday... and yes heart tracker on...I've also set up to tell if I'm not doing 250 steps per hour, this option doesn't work either.

I've had my blaze since sometime in July.  And it has not recorded my sleep for two weeks.  I tried restarting the Blaze and smartphone but there is no change.  Notifications works sporadically.

Regarding to your sleep information, is this happening constantly or just some days? Could you please provide me with some screenshot of this? In the meantime, please verify that your trackers are updated and restart them.

Mine is constantly. It’s never recorded sleep stages. I’ve restarted several times since I’ve had it due to connection issues, most recently this morning as advised as it lost all it’s data yesterday.

my blaze hasn't recorded my sleep since September 20.  I think the firmware is up to date.  version 17.8.401.3

My blaze has not recorded my sleep since september 20th.  the tracker indicates it is running version 17.8.401.3.  Is that the latest firmware?

Blaze did not track my sleep for Sunday 10-8.  My firmware is up to date and heart monitor working fine.
