Blaze not working out of the charger

I have been charging my blaze for over 24 hours and when it's on the charger it shows that the battery is full but when I take it off the charger it goes blank. I have tried restarting it but nothing seems to be working.

I have the same problem. My blaze gradually lost battery life to a point where it would only last a few hours. Now it will show full battery in the charger but dies as soon as you remove it.

The Blaze is discontinued, but you can exchange it or refund it while your warranty is good. Contact support via email. https://contact.fitbit.com Smiley Happy Hope it works out for you.

I’m having the exact same issue. It began when I was sweating after a run and was using my device. It went black so I thought it was dead. It turned on once I set it inside the charger but as soon as I take it out it dies. Definitely trying to find a solution!

This is why I got a versa. I needed something swim, sweat and shower proof the way I perspire during cardio. It took me four Blazes to learn that lesson. Your device is sub par to your workouts.🏋️ The Blaze is supposed to be sweat proof, it's not a waterproof unit really. If it's under warranty, take it back and get a Versa. I've had mine for 8 months and no issues. Hope things work out for you.  Another thing, updates can render these units obsolete, as they are discontinued.
