I have reported this issue before (and many people are having similar issues) regarding only getting basic sleep details from my Blaze.
Since mid March, I have only gotten basic sleep details. Many others seem to have the same issue. I have tried all of the fixes. The one that seemed to work best was restarting the Blaze multiple times before bed. But, that doesn’t seem to be working anymore. I am increasingly frustrated with the product.
I have also noticed that the average sleep for a week is computed incorrectly. I find it somewhat amusing that my average sleep can be over 8 hours in a week and yet I don’t have a single night over 8 hours (and only one over 7 hours) in that week. Creative math.
Has anyone heard about how the various other smart watches are working out? Does the Apple Watch have more statisfied customers? Maybe one of the others? What about the new ones from Fitbit?
