My Fitbit Blaze will come on as long as it’s in the charger but as soon as I remove it. It will no longer turn on.. ☹️ Not sure what to do.

A warm welcome to the Community @Hollie96.

Have you tried to restart your Blaze while being out of the charging cable? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

I am having the same problem as well. My device (Fitbit Blaze) is fully charged and work when connected with the cable. It is also fully synced. But when I take it out of the charger, it doesn't work. Have tried force restarting by pressing the left and bottom right buttons together for 10-15 seconds. But, nothing is happening.

I too am having the same issue. The blaze doesn't seem to take a charge no matter how long it's in the charger, but it will sync to the app and will display the correct time/date as long as it's in the charger. Take it out of the charger and nothing. I've tried cleaning contacts with rubbing alcohol. I should say that this all started after the Blaze accidentally got wet and I tried drying it out in a bag of rice. Thanks for your help.

I’m having the same issues with my blaze. The blaze will not stay charged up outside of the case and it’s impossible to get it to sync.

I did contact support team but no use. Fitbit does not have repair Center and no spears are available. They are giving replacement only under warranty period. Otherwise throw the device in dustbin and buy new one. This is simply wasting our money and time. I’m very much unhappy with this product.

This is really disappointing to learn that it can’t be fixed, my Blaze is out of warranty too. Not sure if I want to invest in another Fitbit product.

Try performing  a restart on your smartwatch. Find the Back and Select buttons on your Fitbit Blaze (left and bottom right). Press and hold the Back and Select buttons for about 10 seconds, until you see the Fitbit logo appear. Release the buttons.
