I completed my 10,500 steps this morning. Then this afternoon it went down to 9,765. Don't understand why this is happening. Is it cause I'm using Strava? Its never happened when I've used it before.

Hey @ClareCritch, good to see you around.

Can you please tell me how are you registering your activity? Sometimes, when you manually log "walk" or "run", your information might be reduced. If you are manually logging any of these activities, please delete it.

You can also check the help article How do I track my exercise and activities with Fitbit?.

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

Strava is automatically connected to my Fitbit. I don't actually type the exercise or numbers in

Thank you
