Due to a complete lack of any response from Fitbit, I went into the settings and switched off email notifications.
Guess what?
Yes, they`re still coming through. And multiple times.
I shan`t be buying any more of their products, nor will any of my family. EVER.
Shocking customer service. Disgraceful.
