I updated the app on my iPhone yesterday to v.2.93 and after syncing the blaze with my phone the left button will not work anymore. I have tried to clean the button with toothpick and canned air with no luck. It does not restart when holding left and bottom right buttons in. I have to change the clock face to get back to main screen if I get into a submenu. I did shut down the watch from the settings menu and managed to start it again holding left and bottom right button in. I fully charged the battery this morning with no issues. What else can I try to make the button work? The watch is pretty much useless without the left button working.

I too updated my IOS app to v 2.94 on the 23/05/2019. Now the buttons on the blaze are not functioning. They worked before updating and syncing. Now if I get stuck on a screen I can only go back to the main screen by charging the battery

Hi; Fitbit's resolution to my issue was to buy a new watch since it is a few months older than their limited warranty. I hope they will be able to assist you better. It seem to me that they are using SW updates to get more sales. Good luck.
