Blaze screen damaged

I just received my Blaze yesterday. It isn't coming on. I plugged it up twice for 2 hours each time. Picture that comes up on screen is only half green.

Sound defective.

But Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

The picture was the fitbit symbol. It's packed up to send back to
