@Nix001 has your tracker been serup to your Fitbit account yet?
When you finish connecting it to your account, the tracker will then be usable.
Open the app and do an add tracker, simoly follow the prompts. If it fails, please tell us at what steo the failure occurs.
Best AnswerI had the same problem. The screen on my blaze was stuck on Fitbit/setup and appeared not to be charging. I read someone else's post on here and he resolved it by "setting up a new blaze" on the dashboard This also worked for me. The battery was actually fully charged, even though it did not appear that way and the system updates worked without any further issues
