Blaze shattered screen

I just replaced my Samsung Gear for a Fitbit Blaze and the screen shattered while charging (I believe) because it's bad and I didn't notice it the thousand times I looked at the time that day or when I placed it in the cradle to charge. It's brand new! Does anyone know if the screen is replaceable or if Fitbit takes care of it customers like Apple? I'm assuming it's supposed to be pretty tough since its for working out but all I've done is deal blackjack & charge it.

I sent Fitbit an email but thy claim it will take 2 days to reply because they're busy.

I hope I'm not out $200 for trying a new watch...

Anyone else having issues with the Blaze screen?

Your best course of action is to contact fitbit, which you did, fitbit looks at these on a case by case basis. As fellow fitbit users we are not in privy to their guidlines.

As for two days, this is based on the current case load and may get an answer sooner.
