I've had my new blaze for just under a month; but the heart rate monitor and sleep monitors are not working- never have. I read shorty after my purchase that it was a known issue. Anyone know if this was resolved?? Thinking about a return 😕

I have had mine since Jan and on 21st Aug my sleep and HR stopped working too! cant do anything to get them back. Going to email FitBit as still under warranty

I would suggest in the first instance that you try a restart of the device by pressing the left and bottom right buttons until the Fitbit logo is displayed. If that doesn't work I would contact Fitbit support.
Is your device connected to your phone? Just wondered if you've got the latest firmware that should come down automatically via the App.
