Blaze stopped working and it's only showing the Fitbit logo

My blaze has stopped working and is just showing the logo, will vibrate as if trying to work but nothing.

 

have tried pressing the three buttons and deleting and restarting but nothing 

says it has found my tracker but then not syncing to each other

any tips?

 

battert is fully charged too..
