Blaze swipe not working

I try to slide the screen to show me the screens but it won't do it. I can slide up and down for the Notifications buts that's pretty much it.

I'm having the same issue but I am unable to turn it off to reset it since I can't get to the settings. Do you have a fix?

A warm welcome to the Community @Cindy209.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. You don't have to turn off your Blaze in order to restart it, you just need to do the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
