As mentioned our friend, Moto Z is not a compatible mobile device and that's the reason why you are having problems syncing. Keep in mind that you can always sync your tracker with a computer or a compatible phone.

I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update and as mentioned in my previous post, you can always sync your Fitbit with a computer or a compatible device.
