I went from an iPhone 6 to iPhone XR and yes I can get fit bit to synchronize but it takes about ten minutes.  Any suggestions.  Btw, you can upgrade to an Apple XR with trade in for $549.

Hi there @Zoomet, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that your Blaze is taking too long to sync to your iPhone XR. I'd like to help you out.

First, remove your tracker from the connected Bluetooth devices on your iPhone. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Once you've done this, you can try to set up your tracker as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you still need more help!
