Blaze text message notifications are inconsistent

My Blaze only receives "New Message: notifications but I can't see the message? Any advice?

Check your settings in the texting app. Also the phones notification center if you have an iOS device. 

It also would be easier to answer if we knew what phone is being referred to.

First, I recommend checking if your phone is a compatible mobile device. If it is and you have an Android device, please follow @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post. Now, if you have an iOS phone, follow the instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post.
