Blaze text notifications

I just got the Blaze for my birthday. I love it but it says I should be able to read my text. I do get my notification but when I tap to read it all it does is show me how long ago it was sent. Cam someone please help me.

Someone else was having a similar problem. This user was able to see how many messages he was receiving and how long ago they were received but couldn't read them. He was advised by @EmersonFitbit to make sure that the previews were enabled on his phone and that way, they would show up on his tracker. You can take a look at the instructions on this thread.

It did not work. I even reset my phone.
