Blaze top right button doesn't work

I got a Blaze yesterday and the top right button doesn't seem to work.  I can only turn music volume down with the lower right but it won't turn up when I press top right. 

I have made sure the Fitbit is in the watch frame correctly and even pressed the button with the Fitbit out of the frame. 

Is my Fitbit broken or is there something I'm doing incorrectly?

I would contact support. Let then know that you have tried that button out of the frame as well

@Pbboatman you might also want to try a restart by holding in both the left and lower right buttons
