Blaze went blank

Hi Everyone,

 

I woke up this morning, synced my Blaze and it logged everything. Put it on the charger for an hour and put it back on my wrist. Within a few minutes it was dead. I can't reset it, and the green lights don't go on. It doesn't charge on the charger anymore. Any suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Community @wghorne, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @WendyB for stopping by.

 

Before contacting support, please confirm these were the steps you tried in order to restart your Blaze:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Also, take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided.
