Blaze will not sync

I got a new phone, and my Blaze will not sync. I have installed the Fitbit app on the new phone, but it doesn't pair, and I go to Settings on the watch and there is no option to turn Bluetooth on or off, nothing about Bluetooth even shows up.

Have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

 

How are you trying to pair it on the new phone? All you should need to do is download the fitbit app and sign on using your existing id and password. If it's supported by fitbit then it should connect itself.

 

Do you still have your old phone? If you do, make sure that it doesn't still have a bluetooth link to the fitbit that might be blocking the connection from your new phone.
