A warm welcome to the Community @Pickles13 and @Rolypoly1066 it's great to see you around.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your trackers? Have you tried to perform a restart? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your trackers by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Let me know how it goes. Smiley Happy

Hi Alejandra,

No, my blaze still is not working other than when sitting in the charger. I have tried resetting, but still no power.

Thanks!

Same problem here - will not reboot by pressing buttons mentioned - will only reboot in cradle / no common denominator for conditions causing outage.

Haven't even had my unit for a year yet - not a happy camper.

Help!

I am currently having the same issue. Just got the fit bit charge on Thursday and while setting it up today it will turn on when in the charger cradle but when out of the charger the screen doesn’t turn on. I’ve tried to restart but nothing. The battery shows completely charged.

I am having the same issue! I had it charging until it was completely charged and when I went to take it out of the charger it will not turn on. I have tried pressing the designated buttons multiple times, with no luck at all. It will turn on and show the clock face on the charger but has disconnected from my phones Bluetooth, and will not turn back on at all. I love my blaze and I’ve only had it for a week today exactly, but this problem is becoming very frustrating. 😞

I spoke to the Fitbit help desk on the community page and they helped me to fix the problem. I hope this helps because I can’t remember what they did

Hi there @mmmiglioli. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry your tracker is not working. What exactly is happening with it? Is it not turning on at all? What happens when you put it in the charger, will it light up or vibrate or do something or it does nothing at all? Have you already tried to restart it? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and you can see if you can get it to turn back on.

Let me know if you need more help and if you could please provide specific details of what is going on, I will be able to help you better!

Anything else, I'm here to help!

Less than a month Blaze stopped. I was extremely careful. I did not
scratch on it and I did not even brush my teeth with it.

I did everything that was being guided here in the forum, also by the
support of Fitbit to try to charge it.

My Fitbit stopped charging with 29 days and completely stopped responding
with just over 30 days.

I believe the videos can show what I try to say. I sent these videos to
Fitbit support. You (Fitbit) just say that you can not send me another even
if I send mine just because I'm in Brazil.

When you pressed the buttons did you HOLD the two buttons down at the SAME
time for a few seconds? That worked for me after the second try.
