Can someone please help me? I have just gotten a blaze as a present and it was already linked to another account. I deleted it from that account to sync to my own and it won't work... any ideas?

Hello @avanz12, have you set it up to your account yet, so tgat when the app is opened their is a picture of your tracker in the top right corner?
BTW what device are you trying to sync through?

About a month ago, I switched from the Charge HR to the Blaze and love the new device. Up until today, I have not had any issues but now my Blaze will not pair with my Note 5. I can connect with via the BlueTooth Classic option but I am unable to connect without it. On my phone, when trying to pair normally, I receive a message that states "Pairing rejected by Blaze." Does anyone have a solution for this?

Your trying to pair the tracker as if it was a common Bluetooth device, this will always give the rejected message.
Since it has been workingball along, lets open the app up and force a sync.
If the app needs the Blaze paired to the phone then the app will pair it.

I am able to sync the stats on my phone but the pairing does not happen. I am no longer "paired" with my phone though. I had no problems with the pair before today. What could have caused this to happen?

I finally got it to pair just as it had been by deleting everything fitbit from my phone then reinstalling.

I am also having an issue with the Blaze not snycing. I have had my Blaze for over 6 months and everything has been working smooth up until a few days ago. I have auto sync on but it will not work. I have tried everything mentioned in the post, Uninstall/Reinstall and turning blaze off, none of which worked. All of a sudden for the past few days the only way I can get my fitbit to sync is if I turn off my phone. I should not have to do this every single day.

I was having the same problem. Go to settings on your blaze (swipe from right to left several times). Swipe down to Bluetooth classic. If it is off, toggle it on. I was then able to pair my device and have it sync. Hope this fixes your problem.

Just a note on bluetooth classic. if your tracker was setup woth an ios device, you probably will not have this option on the tracker. The classic is use only for music control on non ios devices. Ios controls mugshot through the BTLE

I having this pairing issues with my Blaze to my iPhone. Everything goes well since i have this last February this year, just 2 weeks ago, I found that it's not pairing anymore with my device, both my iPhone and iPad. Try many ways to pair but still won't pair. My phone and ipad can't find my blaze!
@Rich_Laue what do you mean by "los controls mugshot through the BTLE"? how do I know if my bluetooth is ON in my blaze?
Thanks!

I can tell you this. Using an iPhone 6S (later exchanged for a 6S Plus after only 12 days, and it was because I could not get used to the 4.7" screen), I didn't have this issue and today I don't have this issue.

I reported to the customer service via Live Chat! the good thing is, they will replace my Blaze with a new unit!

@GlennboiOnce you get your replacement unit, I would heavily suggest that you only use one to sync and not the other. I have done it this way and have never run into an issue. Pick only one device to sync it to and forget the rest. Use the phone. Lol.
