Blaze won't "click" into cradle to charge

I have charged my Blaze a small number of times (maybe 4 or 5) and each time it has become harder to get it to click properly into the cradle - now I can't get it to sit in there properly and charge at all. I have cleaned the back - what else can I do? I am really unimpressed with the charger - you should just be able to plug something in quickly and walk away but spending ten minutes each time fiddling with it to get it to work is very annoying.

I think you should contact support. Either your Blaze or your charger are defective and it doesn't sound like you have had it very long. Or you could invest in some aftermarket chargers. I bought one for my office that is a stand and I do not have to remove the Blaze from the band to charge it.

The Blaze doesn't "click" into the cradle. You simply set the blaze in the charger and the charger clicks closed around the blaze. Is that what you're saying, you can't get the charger cover to click closed?

It's great to welcome you @hevthebadger, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @aspexil@MarkMM for stopping by.

It's weird to hear that your Blaze isn't connecting with your cradle. I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

It's funny. I bought the Blaze and I have bought 2 chargers. The original one won't close anymore and unless I put a heavy book on it, it will never charge. The one I have at my office is still working.
