Blaze won't sync to Note 10

I can not get my Blaze to link/sync with my Note10+5G. It does fine on my iPad but not my new phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted both the phone and the Blaze, as well as the Bluetooth. App seems to up to date. So ... FitBit? Suggestions?

For Carry who is havin’ trouble with it not logging sleep? Mine did that a while back. I removed the Blaze from my account then re-paired it again (added it back like a new device) and that basically did a restore for it and now it logs sleep just fine. Hope that works for you.

Hi there @DLG76, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided.

As you mentioned, currently the Note 10 isn't yet a compatible device as our team is working to optimize the Fitbit app and ensure its functionality with this model. Be sure that your comments won't go unnoticed.

There is a possibility that your Blaze can sync and while there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, we can try to troubleshoot this situation together. If you've not done so, please remove your Blaze from the Bluetooth settings, turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use and set up your Blaze as a new device and set up the notifications again.

Thanks for your help @WendyB.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

No my phone isn't on the list. But it was connecting to it when I first got
the phone. My powersave turned off my Bluetooth and now it won't reconnect.
It meets all the requirements for the app to work. So why won't my Blaze
reconnect to my phone?
