Blaze won't sync

This evening, fitbit looks for the blaze and can’t find it? Even when it’s next to the phone. It was working fine until 1pm, last sync. It’s now 8pm...

The usual things to try when you get syncing / connection issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Thank you. I manage to fix it by restarting the Bluetooth.
