Blaze won't work unless in charger

Good evening

 

My fitbit blaze will not power on unless its in the charger. It was working fine 3 days ago. I turned it off by holing the left and down button for 12 seconds. I've reset it from the menu and I've uninstalled and reconnected it in my app. I even tried connecting it to a different device. 

 

Please help. This has been the key to me losing over 4 Stone in the past 7 months.

Sometimes doing the restart like you did 3 times in a row helps.
