last time I saw that I restarted the phone and it went away.

Have you tried as recommended, to restart your phone? If you haven't, please restart your phone, log out and log back in to your account and try to sync again.

It sync just not receiving, and yes I have tried all troubleshooting things
n still no luck. And customer service won't admit it's not compatible ugh
smdh sooo frustrating and as much money we people pay for these devices

I see this a lot as well on my Samsung Galaxy S8. Even worse, push notifications and GPS tracking is not working.
