Bluetooth missing from blaze settings

So i've got update 2.78 on the app and version number 17.8.402.1 on my blaze. Sometimes the bluetooth itself is missing on the settings section. Usually between brightness and heart rate. It comes and goes. Any thoughts? And yes ive done resets.

I'll be moving this thread to the Blaze board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

Could you share some pictures of how it is showing up and then post them here as a reply? Both with the Bluetooth there and without. That should help us determine the best way to move forward.

The top photo is after the reset. But I don not know how long it lasts then
it disappears after awhile.

It show up after reset, but then it would disappear. So far it has stayed since. maybe a total of 3 resets total.
