I'm very sorry you're experiencing discomfort with your tracker 😕
I would say, stop using it for a few days, until you see the burn gone away and also take a look at these wear & care instructions to ensure this will not happen again.

Hi i have returned the blaze as instructed and have received a message saying i returned a Charge HR. I returned a Blaze.

I had to stop wearing mine all day long (I never wear it at night to sleep) because I also was getting a burn mark on my arm. Now I rotate wearing it on my left and right arms. Some days I don't wear it at all. Not sure why the green light gets so warm that it leaves a mark.

Hi. I have had the same issue. Try putting a very small piece of tape over the connectors. It worked for me.
