I removed my fitbit blaze last night and have found a burn where the green light sits on my wrist

Hi there @Borchm. great to see you in the Fitbit Community  Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry you're experiencing discomfort with your tracker 😕

I would say, stop using it for a few days, until you see the burn gone away and also take a look at these wear & care instructions to ensure this will not happen again.

If you notice that this happens again, please let me know and I'll be happy to move forward from there. Anything else, I'm here to help!

I had to stop wearing mine all day long (I never wear it at night to sleep) because I also was getting a burn mark on my arm. Now I rotate wearing it on my left and right arms. Some days I don't wear it at all. Not sure why the green light gets so warm that it leaves a mark.

Hi.  I have had the same issue.  Try putting a very small piece of tape over the connectors.  It worked for me.

Thank you for the suggestion. I’ll try that if necessary. So far rotating arms and taking it off for periods helps a lot.
