Buttons not working

Button of my fitbit not working. I tried every possibke thing including cleaning. I took it to the store i bought but they couldnt help as blaze model is out and they disnt have any to replace it. please help.

None of the answers provided by your community help with me with this issue and the only thing fitbit recommends (every customer service rep) is to replace the unit, which is "very convenient and helpful " #FitbitSoftwareSucks #WorstServiceEver #IHateThoseSoftwareUpdates

Could you please share the solution? as I'm having the same problem and after following fitbit reps instructions, forums and everything I could found online, nothing worked for my BLAZE. Buttons are not working yet.

i emailed fit bit they send me new one as it was still under warranaty period. i couldnt geth them working.

Maybe you snapped it in the band backwards.  It's way too easy to make that mistake.
