My blaze notifies me when I am getting a phone call but I do not get any message notifications.
I use an LG G3, which is a compatiable device.
In the fitbit app I have Text notifications set to Messaging (I've also tried Whatsapp and Messenger to no success).
In the phone's bluetooth settings I can see my Blaze as paired.
Also, on the Blaze, notifications is set to Yes, and on the phone message preview is enabled.
Is there something I'm missing?
Thanks in advance.

I think Fitbit should bring out separate Andriod and iphone versions as the blaze does not function as well with the android as it does on iOS. I have the same issue with not recieving messages but seeing calls. When I had my iphone 6 it seemed to performe better than my new galaxy s7 edge

@RebeccaC or you using Google messenger or the default Android messenger?? If there is more then one unread message the Android messaging app will only display a message count and senders.. Google messenger works fine.
I would say you can check in sounds and notifacations make sure show on lock screen is enabled.
