Is there a way to turn off messages for the iPhone and only receive them on the Blaze?

Regarding your inquiry, you can put your phone in do not disturb mode or vibration mode so your phone won't buzz or anything at the moment of receiving notifications.
Now if you want to turn off the notification on your Blaze, swipe down from the tracker and turn them off.
