@dyahdja i see you have had a Fitbit account for two years. Is this Blaze just purchased and your trying to set it up for tye first time?
You say it wont pair, but that is not your job. The Blaze needs to be added to the Fitbit account, then the app will pair tye device if it needs to.
At what step does it fail?
Now if the tracker is already attached to your account then simply download the app and log in.
