Can't setup my Blaze

I have a new phone LG V30 and have tried to add a new device. I have the Blaze, I made sure the Bluetooth is turned on and the Blaze was turned on. I went through the instructions on the website but nothing happened. I have good WiFi signal in house.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues pairing your Blaze, I recommend restarting the tracker and please make sure you are doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
